This is the most common reason people skip — and the most dangerous. Cavities don't hurt until they're deep. Gum disease doesn't hurt until it's advanced. Oral cancer doesn't hurt in its early stages. The absence of pain is not the same as the absence of a problem. How Often Should You Come In?
