Shannon

Lead Dental Hygienist

With 8 years in dentistry and 3 years at Rabbit Creek Dental, Shannon loves making patients feel comfortable and watching them leave feeling better than when they came in. Between patients, she's often found giving Frank and Mabel, our beloved office dogs, a little extra snuggle time. Outside the office she tends to a flock of chickens, two dogs, and a garden full of flowers for bees and butterflies.

Fun fact: Shannon has a soft spot for animals — from dogs to chickens — and says her pets always keep life interesting.

Marissa

Dental Hygienist

In dentistry since 2017, Marissa has been with Rabbit Creek Dental for 3 years. Her favorite part of the job is building real connections with patients — improving their oral health and being a supportive presence inside and outside the dental chair. She's a bright-color lover, travel enthusiast, and self-described earring collector who's never without her Kindle.

Fun fact: Marissa has a serious earring collection and considers her Kindle her true "bestie."

Faye Fountain, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Faye has been a dental hygienist for more than 23 years. She takes her time with patients, answers every question, and genuinely believes that how you feel during a visit matters as much as what gets done. Patient comfort isn't an afterthought for her — it's the whole point.

When she's not at Rabbit Creek Dental, Faye enjoys spending time with her husband, Damein, their three children, Charla, Brock, and Damon, and their dog, Boone. She loves going to the beach, working in the yard, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Fun fact: Faye loves karaoke — even though she says she can't carry a tune!

Arlee

Office Manager

Arlee has been part of the Rabbit Creek Dental family for over 3 years. One of her greatest joys is helping patients overcome dental fears and anxiety so they can achieve healthier, happier smiles. Outside the office she enjoys traveling, boating on the Gulf Coast, reading, and snuggling with her three goldendoodles.

Fun fact: Arlee is a proud goldendoodle mom and swears they give the best snuggles!

Kayla "Wim"

Senior Front Office Coordinator

Wim joined our team in 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the office. She loves helping patients understand their insurance so they can get the care they deserve. Outside of work she travels with her husband to national parks, attends concerts, and manages a home "family zoo" that includes dogs, cats, geese, ducks, and a ball python.

Fun fact: Wim's ball python is named Linguine — proof she has a great sense of humor!

Alonna

Front Office Coordinator

With 3 years in dentistry, Alonna recently joined Rabbit Creek Dental and also assists with X-rays and fill-in support. She loves seeing patients' progress throughout treatment — especially when a patient who was nervous about their teeth leaves feeling good about them. A creative at heart, she's our in-house photographer and the eye behind many of the photos on this site.

Aleatria

Dental Assistant

With 9 years of dental experience, Aleatria recently joined our team and has quickly become a valued presence. Her compassionate, calming approach helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. A proud girl mom, she loves making memories with her daughters — fishing, bowling, and anything that brings the family together.

Fun fact: Aleatria is an ace at bowling and loves turning it into family fun time!

Jaycie

Dental Assistant

Jaycie joined Rabbit Creek Dental about a year ago and has become an important part of the team. She finds purpose in supporting a team that genuinely loves what they do, and takes pride in watching patients leave the office happy. Outside work she enjoys time with her dog Spirit, FaceTime calls with her five out-of-state siblings, and legendary car karaoke sessions.

Fun fact: Jaycie is the queen of car karaoke and never misses a chance to perform on the road!

Aaliyah

Dental Assistant

A recent graduate of Fortis College, Aaliyah is the newest member of our dental assisting team. She already loves connecting with patients and working alongside our doctors and hygienists to make every visit smooth and comfortable. A nature lover and family girl, she enjoys hiking, the beach, and teaching herself piano — with her dog Koda as her biggest fan.

Fun fact: Aaliyah is teaching herself piano and says Koda is her biggest audience.
