Free parking is available in the Rangeline Crossing shopping center lot — the same center as Tropical Smoothie, Wingstop, and PS Taco. We're in Suite D. Look for the Rabbit Creek Dental sign when you arrive.
Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. All new patient paperwork is completed online before your visit — you'll receive a link after booking with everything to complete ahead of time. See our New Patient Information page for the full checklist.
We are open Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Friday through Sunday. For urgent dental needs, call us as early as possible during office hours and we will do our best to see you the same day.
We work with most major PPO dental insurance plans including Cigna, Aetna, Humana, MetLife, Guardian, and many others. Call or text us at (251) 308-0584 and we'll verify your benefits before your appointment. If you don't have insurance, ask about the RCD Dental Savings Plan — $336/year covers exams, cleanings, and X-rays plus 20% off all treatment, with no waiting period.
We do not accept Medicaid at this time. We do accept BCBS and the Alabama Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP / ALL Kids) for pediatric patients. If you are uninsured or your plan is not accepted, the RCD Dental Savings Plan covers exams, cleanings, and X-rays for $336 per year with no waiting period and 20% off all other treatment.
Yes — we welcome patients of all ages, from first teeth to full smile restorations. We recommend a first dental visit by age one or within six months of the first tooth erupting. Learn more on our Children's Dentistry page.
Yes. We offer financing through Cherry, which allows you to split treatment costs into monthly payments. We also offer the RCD Dental Savings Plan for patients without insurance — $336 per year covers your preventive care and includes 20% off all treatment. Ask our team for details.
