Finding a dentist is one thing. Actually getting there without stress is another. Here's everything you need to know about visiting Rabbit Creek Dental before your first appointment.

Where We Are

Rabbit Creek Dental — 5000 Rangeline Xing Dr S, Suite D, Mobile, AL 36619. We're in the Tillman's Corner area of south Mobile — one of the most accessible parts of the city. We sit right along Rangeline Road near the I-10 interchange, which means easy in and easy out whether you're coming from: South Mobile / Tillman's Corner — right around the corner; Theodore and Grand Bay — straight up Rangeline Road; Saraland and Semmes — quick hop down I-65 to I-10; Downtown Mobile — 15-20 minutes on the interstate; Dauphin Island — 20-25 minutes up the causeway.

Parking

Plenty of it. Free, surface lot right at the building. No garages, no meters, no hunting for a spot.

Access

Ground-floor entry. No stairs, no elevator required. If you have mobility considerations, a stroller, or a wheelchair, getting in and out is straightforward.

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday – Sunday: Closed. We open at 7:45 AM — early enough to get in before work or get kids seen before school. We know that for a lot of working families, that early start time makes the difference between keeping an appointment and canceling it.

What to Bring to Your First Visit

  • Your insurance card (if you have one)
  • A list of any medications you take
  • Any dental X-rays from a previous provider if you have them (though we can take new ones)
  • A parent or guardian if your patient is a minor

If you've filled out your new patient forms online ahead of time, even better. It makes check-in faster.

What the Office Is Like

We're a single-location practice — not a corporate chain, not a multi-office group. When you call, you reach our team. When you come in, you see the same faces. The office is clean, modern, and deliberately calm. We use TVs in the operatories for music — not procedural videos or hard sells. If you want to bring headphones and zone out during your appointment, please do. We have blankets and pillows available for patients who want to be more comfortable during longer appointments. We go at your pace. We explain things before we do them. And if you ever come in with a knocked-out tooth or another dental emergency, we'll do our best to get you seen quickly.

New Patients Always Welcome

You don't need a referral and you don't need to have been a patient before. Call (251) 308-0584 or book online and we'll get you scheduled.
